Chairman Andy Burchette received and accepted the resignation from first-team coach Paul Berry.
First-team manager Tim Davies has also decided to step aside from his duties and take a new role of as director of football within the club
The team was managed by Craig Griffiths and Seb Dixon on Tuesday and they ensured that the squad was well prepared and able to compete against Abingdon Town.
Danial Elvestad, formerly in charge of Oxfordshire Senior League side Kennington Athletic, has been subsequently been appointed the club`s new manager.
He is in the Army and has also played for Letcombe and has previously played high up the football pyramid in Germany and Wales.
Speaking of the re-shuffle Burchette told the club`s website: "At the beginning part of the week it was yet another problem to solve. The rallying of the players, the effort displayed against Abingdon and having the right people involved leads me to believe we are now stronger all round. My sincere thanks to all those who stood up and took the changes in their stride.
"We have appointed a young, well qualified and dynamic manager in Daniel Elvestad. He will be assembling his own management team over the coming days. I am in no doubt they will work with our players to get the best out of them”.
