Following positive discussions between the two clubs over the last week, the Racecourse outfit are delighted to see Minhas take the opportunity to test himself at a higher level.
The agreement will see Minhas stay at Ascot on loan for the remainder of this season.
This is a condition that the player insisted upon himself, reflecting his commitment to the squad and the management team.
He remains focused on the current season and is desperate to help the players maintain their current form as they sit top of the Hellenic League.
Ascot manager Jamie Tompkins told http://www.ascotunited.net: “We are delighted to see Nathan sign for Billericay Town and we would like to congratulate him on a thoroughly deserved move after the number of fantastic performances he has displayed since joining the club back in July.

The deal will also include a pre-season friendly between the two clubs to be played at Ascot ahead of the 2019/20 season.
