Dolphins Return for Davis

Midfielder Charlie Davis has re-joined Poole Town from Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division South rivals Weymouth.

Davis is a product of the academy at Premier League neighbours AFC Bournemouth.

He was with Poole and Dorchester Town before joining the Terras in the summer 2016.

He impressed in his first season at the club, hitting double figures in goals from midfield.

Davis made over 100 appearances for Weymouth and left the club to pursue more playing time having found himself out of the side in recent weeks.

He will be in the Dolphins squad for tonight's game against Gosport Borough and is not cup tied so will be in contention for the Emirates FA Cup match at Haringey Borough on Saturday.
