....immediate effect, Scott Reynolds has stepped down as first-team manager.
Reynolds began his managerial career at Grendon Rangers in the North Bucks & District League guiding them into the South Midlands League during his tenure.
He left Rangers to join Spartan South Midlands Division One side Winslow United for eighteen months before joining Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division outfit Ardley United but in the summer of 2016 became part of the management team at Leighton Town.
Eventually taking over the reigns as manager, Reynolds had his most successful season to date, finishing fourth in the SSML Premier Division and reaching the last eight of the Buildbase FA Vase.
He joined the Moles in the summer with the objective of completely re-organising the playing structure and also to help re-juvinate things off the field, which with the help of his excellent backroom staff, he has achieved.
But on the pitch, the team have had a difficult start, although Reynolds had the backing of everyone on the committee as they endeavoured to stabilise the club for the future.
Paul Bonham will step up to first-team manager, Matt Moran remains as assistant-manager as does both Phil Cave as goalkeeping coach.
