One of the longest-serving players at the club having joined the Brakes in 2012, Magunda has seen his opportunities limited so far this season.

Leamington-born Magunda joining his home-town club in the summer of 2012.

Having won the Southern League Premier Division championship with Brackley Town he added a second medal to his collection the following season with some solid workmanlike performances in the heart of the Brakes midfield.

He won his third promotion from the Southern League in 2017 and played a big part in both defence and midfield, despite not being a regular starter.

Magunda graduated from the academy at Leicester City and featured for the Foxes reserve side before a loan spell at Woking in 2008.

After his release from Leicester, Magunda made 21 appearances for King`s Lynn in 2009/10 in the Northern Premier League.

He has also been capped by England at under-18 level.

Holleran told https://leamingtonfc.co.uk: “Joe spent a lot of time on the bench last season and so far this season, and he really needs to get games under his belt and match practice.

“He has joined Tamworth on a dual registration. We will continue to monitor him and hope to see him back at the Phillips 66 Community Stadium in due course”.
