The former Hull City youngster never quite became a regular in Tadcaster's first-team and has decided to move on elsewhere to gain regular football.

Langton also turned out for then-Vanarama National League North side North Ferriby United before playing for Goole AFC.

Langton joined the Brewers from the Vikings back in February and went on to make 11 appearances in the final few months of the season, four of which being starts.

The creative midfielder got more of an opportunity at the beginning of the 2017/18 season, starting 4 games and featuring on 9 occasions.

Langton told the club`s website: "I've enjoyed every minute of it and Tadcaster and I wish the club all the best for the season".
