Atkinson Becomes Todd`s First Signing

Right-back Wes Atkinson has become Chris Todd`s first signing as manager of Vanarama National League South club Gloucester City.

The 24-year-old started his career at West Bromwich Albion before being released in 2015.

He went on to make 17 League Two appearances during a two-year spell at Notts County.

Atkinson was previously signed by Todd when he joined Eastleigh on loan during the 2015/16 season.

He played for Solihull Moors Boston United last season while he has also had loan spells at Cambridge United, Gateshead and Alfreton.

He joins the Tigers from Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division Central outfit Rushall Olympic.
