Defender Kerrigan scored on his debut in the 2-1 win over Colls.

He was previously on the books at Fleetwood Town.

Forward Howarth joins from Vanarama National League North side Ashton United.

He joined the Robins in the summer after a spell with Colne`s league rivals Skelmersdale United, who he signed for in August 2017.

He spent the latter part of the 2016/17 season on loan at Skem from then-SkyBet League One side Blackburn Rovers, making 17 appearances.

He had played at fellow NPL outfit Bamber Bridge on loan earlier in that season in a number of good performances.

He made 29 appearances in the 2015/16 season for Blackburn`s under-18 side, scoring 3 goals and was part of the Rovers side that reached the semi-finals of the FA Youth Cup.
