James Fraser re-joins the Hawks after a four-year absence.

Fraser was part of the Whitehawk squad that won the Isthmian League back in 2013 and promotion to National League South.

Fraser started 2017/18 with neighbours Worthing after winning promotion with Bognor Regis Town during the previous season.

Midfielder Brannon O`Neill has also signed for the Hawks.

O`Neill is a former Crawley Town pro, now a football coach from Haywards Heath.

The 27-year-old joined Worthing after being released by Crawley and went on to help the Rebels to win the Isthmian South play-offs in 2016.

He moved to Dorking Wanderers in the summer of 2017 and also had spells last term with Three Bridges and Burgess Hill Town.
