After spending a season at Thatcham Town, where he played a part in their Buildbase FA Vase-winning side at Wembley, Cook returns to Hartley where he scored an impressive number of goals in the two seasons he previously spent with the club.
Co-manager Anthony Millerick was delighted at the prospect of having Cook back in Hartley colours as the Hampshire side prepares for the biggest season in their long history. He told the club`s website: "Ross bleeds orange and loves this club.
"His talent has never, ever been in question, and if we get the best out of him like we've done previously, then there aren’t much better than Ross."
Cook, who played an integral role in Hartley’s Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League title triumph of 2015, is also very excited about returning, saying he was "buzzing to be home". |
