Frost Coup For Main
Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier Division club Maltby Main have pulled off something of a coup by signing striker Danny Frost.

The 29-year-old has signed forms to become a Miner for the 2018/19 season.

Frost was with Evo-Stik Northern Premier League South side Frickley Athletic last season and finished the campaign in the NPL North with Trafford FC.

Frost has scored goals at all of his previous clubs, which include Shaw Lane AFC, Ossett Town and Ossett Albion, Gainsborough Trinity and Bradford Park Avenue.

Main have also signed midfielder Jonathan Hill and defender Will Eades from league rivals Handsworth Parramore.

However, Main have lost goalkeeper Josh Lill to NCEL Division One side Swallownest.

And to replace him they have signed young James Pollard, who, ironically, ended last season with Swallownest.

He was originally with Sheffield United and also featured for Handsworth Parramore.
