....Division, saw leaders Plymouth Argyle pull themselves 13 points clear with a 3-0 win away at mid-table Camelford.

The Pilgrims have played more games than any other side but are not now in league action for three weeks as they are the odd team out next week and on Walter C Parson Cup duty the week after.

Bottom side Sticker picked up just a fourth point of the season as they ended a run of defeats with a 1-1 draw away at Callington Town in Friday’s other fixture.

With Vase games and those two Friday fixtures, there were just two league games on Saturday with Torpoint Athletic having a 6-2 win at home to Newquay in a game that saw an incredible seven goals in the opening 45 minutes.

Helston Athletic had a first league win since August as they won 4-0 away at Launceston in a game that kicked-off early as the Pennygillam lights are still to be repaired from the recent storm damage.
