....the wrong end of a 4-0 battering by mid-table Haringey Borough at Coles Park.

The hosts could be forgiven for still feeling sorry for themselves following their brave Emirates FA Cup defeat by SkyBet League One side AFC Wimbledon on Friday night.

But instead it was the Angels – beaten by new league leaders Dorking Wanderers in the Buildbase FA Trophy on Saturday – who were the side down in the dumps.

A 22nd minute Rakim Richards effort divided the teams at the break.

Coby Rowe then doubled Boro`s lead on the hour-mark and added his second and the home side`s third and decisive goal in the 84th minute, with sub George Aresti putting the icing on the cake with a fourth goal in stoppage time.

Carshalton Athletic moved into sixth place, level on points with Worthing and Lewes in fourth and fifth-place respectively, after beating fourth-bottom Whitehawk 2-0 at the War Memorial Sports Ground.

The Robins came into the game on the back of a run of eight games without defeat in league and cup and made it nine, taking an early 6th minute lead through Omar Koroma.

And 7 minutes later, Kalvin Morath-Gibbs added a second for the hosts which ultimately proved enough.
