After
bringing in Ryan Brooke from Vanarama National League North neighbours Curzon Ashton
last month, Wild has now added experienced duo Astley Mulholland and Nicky
Platt.
Thirty-one-year-old
Mulholland arrives from former league rivals Colwyn Bay, while Platt, also 31,
signs from another Tameside neighbour, NPL Premier Division outfit Hyde United.
Both
players have loads of experience at NPL level and above.
Wide
attacking player Mulholland has also played for Altrincham, Trafford, FC United
of Manchester, Ashton United, Chorley, Hyde, Glossop North End and Barrow,
having begun his career in Leeds United's academy as a youngster.
Accomplished central midfielder Platt began his
playing days as a striker with Burnley before starring in midfield for FC
United of Manchester, Aussie side Mandurah City, Witton Albion, Stockport
County, Salford City, Nantwich Town and Ashton United. |
