The
31-year-old scored one of the two goals which allowed Boston United to defeat
Alty at the J.Davidson Stadium last August.
Boston secured the eye-catching signing of the Lincoln
City winger in June 2018 as Arnold swapped the full-time world of the League Two
for Step 2 of the non-League Pyramid.
He won promotions from the
National League with Cambridge United, Grimsby Town and the Red Imps, as well
as helping Lincoln reach the Emirates FA Cup quarter-final in 2016/17.
He started his career with
Mansfield Town, where he went on to make 100—plus appearances and score 13
goals.
Spells with Hyde United,
Alfreton Town and Cambridge United followed before he joined Grimsby in the summer
of 2014 and then onto Lincoln two years later.
He won one England C cap
back in 2008 against Bosnia-Herzegovina whilst on Mansfield`s books.
Since
leaving the Pilgrims in October 2018, Arnold has taken time away from the game. |
