Harworth Colliery, relegated from the Toolstation Northern Counties East League First Division to the Central Midlands League, have announced that Brendan Wilson will once again take up the reigns as manager.

Wilson returns to the job after standing down three seasons ago due to personal reasons.

He will be joined by former players and coaches Mark Latham and Mark Brogan.

Wilson had been interim reserve team manager and knows the club inside out and bleeds Orange and Black.

It`s going to be a difficult job to get the club back to where they want to be which is of course the NCEL and so a united club will give the best chance of doing so.

Now is a time for the club to re-group and re-build following a turbulent eighteen months in which time the club has had a promotion a relegation and three different managers and so it`s perfect for Wilson to come back at this point and give the stability that is needed moving forward.
