The 29-year-old is an FA Cup record holder having scored the fastest ever FA Cup hat-trick (15 minutes) from the subs bench whilst at AFC Totton.

He has also played at Basingstoke Town, Maidenhead United and Hungerford Town before joining Wealdstone in May 2018.

City boss Mark Jones told http://www.oxfordcityfc.co.uk: "Stefan was part of the Wealdstone side that reached the play-offs last year, he picked up a couple of injuries that curtailed his season, but we’re confident that he can come in and make a big impact for us."

"He’s got good experience at this level at 29 years of age. Bobby Wilkinson speaks very highly of him, and I also spoke to Godfrey Poku, Freddie Grant and Connor Stevens, who all worked with him last year at Wealdstone, who also spoke highly of not only his ability, but his character and his work-rate."

"He’s a centre-forward that can do a bit of everything, we’ve done well with our strikers over the last few years with goals from Matt Paterson and Kabby Tshimanga, and we want Stefan to come in and be that main goalscorer, but he brings a lot of other attributes as well. He holds the ball up well, he’s very good in the air and when we’ve played against him in the past, particularly when he was at Hungerford, I thought he’s caused us a lot of problems."

"I’m delighted that he’s going to sign for us this season, and we’re sure that he’s going to deliver the goods next year."

Jones has also secured the services of young midfielder Ben Barrett for next season.

The midfielder stepped up to the City first-team last season, having graduated through the academy programme at the club.

Despite only making a handful of appearances, he really showed his talent in these opportunities, particularly in the Buildbase FA Trophy against Maidenhead United and Maidstone United, before he moved to Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central outfit North Leigh on loan towards the end of the season.
