Elokobi joined Stones` former National League rivals
Aldershot Town on a short-term deal in February 2019 after being released by
eventual champions Leyton Orient.
The Cameroonian defender played
58 times in the Premier League for Wolverhampton Wanderers, totalling 103 games
and 4 goals for Wolves, including a famous goal in a 2-1 win over Manchester
United at Molineux.
He began his career at Dulwich
Hamlet before he was scouted by Colchester United in 2004, he joined Wolves in
2008 where he stayed for six years before joining Oldham Athletic and then back
to Colchester a year later.
He joined Orient following their
relegation to the National League in 2017 and was released by the O’s at the
end of January 2019 after making 28 appearances and scoring 4 goals.
He has also played for Chester
City, Nottingham Forest, Bristol City and Braintree Town in loan moves
throughout his career.
