The imposing defender joined Maidstone in October 2018 from Chelmsford City.

After spells at Chelmsford and Billericay Town the 31-year-old made his name at Bromley under Goldberg, captaining the Ravens to the National South title in 2014/15 season.

He then continued to be a key part of the Bromley squad as they established themselves in the National League until his departure in January 2017.

He then returned to Billericay and in the summer of 2018, Swaine made the move to Chelmsford.

Swaine made 17 appearances for the Stones last season.
