The former Kings Langley boss has returned to his previous club for goalkeeper Alex Tokarczyk and brought in young defender Ollie Swain from Vanarama National League South side Hemel Hempstead Town, where he terminated his contract to move to the Xcel Sports Hub.

Tokarczyk is a well-travelled keeper who joined Kings Langley in 2018 from Southern Premier South rivals Chesham United.

He began his career with Hayes & Yeading United in 2008 at the age of 16 as part of the Football Education Development scheme, studying sports science at East Berkshire College.

He also played for Crystal Palace reserves at Loftus Road at the end of the 2008/09 season and for the Middlesex under-18 side.

In 2009/10, he played for the reserve and youth teams but the following season he became a member of Hayes & Yeading first-team squad whilst continuing his Level 3 football coaching studies.

He was capped on several occasions for England Colleges squad, including going on tour and playing in an international tournament in Italy.

Moves to Farnborough, Maidenhead United, Hungerford Town, Harrow Borough, Arlesey Town, Hanwell Town, Aylesbury United, Scottish sides Falkirk and Montrose, Basingstoke Town, Whitehawk and Chesham followed.

Swain was Joe Deeney`s first signing as Hemel manager in November 2018 from Southern Division One Central side Bedford Town.

He made his debut for the Eagles in November 2016 and has also had spells with Spartan South Midlands League neighbours Bedford FC and has also turned out for Dagenham & Redbridge on pre-season trial.

He spent the latter part of last season on loan with Cambridge City.
