Lloyd started out with Shrewsbury
Town and had a loan 'work experience' stint with Stafford Rangers before
signing for the Glassboys as a teenager in March 2010 following his release by
the Shropshire outfit.
He came off the bench to score on
his debut against Nuneaton Town and he made 6 sub appearances in total during
the rest of that season.
The summer of 2010 saw him dual
register with Causeway United in the then-named Midland Alliance, but he
actually made his one and only start for the Glassboys in November 2010 in a 2-1
win at Evesham United.
He has subsequently also featured
for Halesowen Town, Cradley Town, Dudley Town and Stourport Swifts.
Having previously spent a brief
stint with Alvechurch at the very beginning of the 2016/17 campaign, the powerful
striker returned to Lye Meadow from Stourport Swifts in January 2018 to help
them with their successful promotion push from the NPL Division One South.
Last season he scored 4 times in
39 appearances for `Church in their first season back at this level.
