The 6`2” Frenchman is a strong, mobile front man with a good touch and an eye for goal.

He spent the first half of last season with Pools` league rivals AFC Fylde before moving to Sutton United.

In all, the 25-year-old hit the net 7 times in 41 appearances last term, but he also offers a real physical presence that Pools boss Craig Hignett has been looking to add to his attacking armoury.

Toure learned his trade playing in his homeland and a particularly eye-catching 2013/14 campaign for Viry-Châtillon drew attention from the Premier League and he spent time on trial with West Bromwich Albion.

The front man was back in England during the summer of 2017 when he spent pre-season training with Wrexham before opting to sign for eventual champions Macclesfield Town.
