Endersby, 37, has previously had a year`s coaching role at Barton Rovers after playing for the likes of Langford, St Neots Town, Potton United, Stevenage Borough and Arlesey.
As well as Arlesey, Hatch numbers Bedford Town, St Neots, Hemel Hempstead Town, Barton Rovers, Dunstable Town and Leighton Town amongst his former clubs as a player.
Endersby said upon his appointment: “I love the village, the club and we want to get it back to where it belongs and we are looking forward to the challenge.
“There is a lot to do but it is definitely one of the reasons why we came back.”
Hatch, 32, added: “Arlesey is a club I have previously spent five years with as a player and the opportunity to come back and try and get it back to where we think it should be is a massive incentive.”
The new management team`s first signing is Tom Guiney, who was captain of new league rivals Leighton Town last season where he made 53 appearances and scored 3 goals.
Guiney also skippered Kempston Rovers in their ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League title-winning campaign of 2015/16.
His other previous clubs include Corby Town, Atherstone Town, Bedford Town and Barton Rovers.
