The 24-year-old joined City in December 2016 and made a big impact during the 2017/18 season as he was leading scorer, with his goals playing a big part in the team securing a play-off berth. 

Despite not repeating his scoring feats of the previous campaign, Sharman was still an ever-present in the City squad last season. 

Sharman started out at St Neots Town and then spent just over three years with Soham Town Rangers before joining City.
