The 21-year-old midfield player joins Liam Watson’s squad ahead of the new campaign, having signed for Salford on a two-year contract last May from FC United of Manchester.

A player with great potential, he was involved with three clubs who gained promotion last season. While his parent club secured a place in the EFL, Glynn spent two months on loan at Chorley before finishing the campaign with Woking, both teams earning a place in the National League.

Born in Oldham, Glynn played four times for Salford in their promotion season last term.

His move to the Peninsula Stadium came on the back of his impressive displays for FC United, progressing into the first team at the age of 18 and making over 50 appearances.
