New boss Seb Hayes` re-building job has seen Sam Spencer, Spencer Brown, Joel Earps, Dan Farrell, Jack McMillan, Hayden Bream and Stuart Eason arrive at the Elgood`s Fenland Stadium.

Centre-back Spencer moves from Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central neighbours Yaxley.

The 25-year-old has also been given the captain’s armband by Hayes.

Spencer was a youth team player at St Neots Town and captained St Neots Saints before first linking up with Hayes at United Counties League side Huntingdon Town.

He then had a brief spell with Bostik League North outfit Soham Town Rangers in 2015 and has spent the last four seasons with Yaxley, making more than 150 appearances for the Cuckoos.

Brown, 21, is a full-back or midfielder, who was a member of Sheffield Wednesday’s academy and joins the Fenmen from United Counties Premier side Oadby Town, where he made 27 appearances last season.

Earps, 24, is a central midfielder who joins from East Midlands Counties League side Ashby Ivanhoe.

He was previously with Oadby Town, South Normanton Athletic and Dunkirk.

Farrell, 23, is a goalkeeper who started out in the now defunct Rushden & Diamonds academy.

He has since turned out for the liked of Rushden & Higham United, Long Buckby, Northampton Sileby Rangers and Brackley Town in his career.

Twenty-one-year-old McMillan is a central midfielder who numbers Coleshill Town and Sutton Coldfield Town amongst his former clubs and was a member of Notts County’s youth team when he was loaned out to Boston United, Loughborough Dynamo, Coalville Town and Grantham Town.

Bream is a central midfielder who comes in from United Counties Premier side Eynesbury Rovers.

The 24-year-old was previously with Peterborough Northern Star, St Ives Town and Peterborough Sports.

Striker Eason, 31, has played in the NPL for Spalding United and Peterborough Sports and also turned out for St Ives in the Southern League.

Earlier in his career he was with Huntingdon Town and Yaxley in the UCL.
