A former Nottingham Forest academy player and son of ex-Forest star Nigel, he left the City Ground in the summer of 2017.

Ilkeston Town was his next destination and he racked up 55 appearances in all competitions in 2017/18 scoring 4 goals.

After a strong start to 2018/19 the midfielder moved to Tamworth.

The 20-year-old comes highly rated and Stevens has been impressed with what he’s seen, telling the club`s website: “He’s a strong lad who can really head the football. With the arrival of him and Jack Duggan we have two presences at the heart of defence”.
