But he
has also brought in a couple of new players to bolster his numbers.
Midfielder
Andy Gascoigne has joined the Tigers having enjoyed a fine 2018/19 with new
league rivals Sheffield FC.
Gascoigne
is an adaptable midfielder who mostly operates down the middle.
He has
also previously turned out for Frickley Athletic, Brighouse Town, Harrogate
Town, Shaw Lane AFC and Goole AFC.
He had an
excellent 2018/19 campaign as he helped Sheffield FC get into the play-offs,
where his side were beaten by Brighouse Town.
He made
279 appearances for Club, scoring 101 goals.
There is
another fresh face in central defender Danny Stimpson.
He has had
several months off with family commitments and missed a large past of last
season.
The
29-year-old started his career in the youth teams at Leeds United before moving
onto Huddersfield Town and York City as a scholar.
He has
also previously played for Harrogate Town, Pontefract Collieries, Tadcaster
Albion, Ossett Town, Frickley Athletic, Droylsden, Scarborough Athletic and
Bridlington Town.
He also
played for the Tigers for a short stint in 2013. |
