Attacking
midfielder Nicholson started his career at now Bostik League North outfit
Cambridge City before moving on to United Counties League Premier Division side
Eynesbury Rovers in 2014.
He scored
an average of a goal-per-game for them before moving on to Histon, then in the
National League.
He was a
prolific scorer for the Stutes with 14 goals in 25 matches before signing for
League One club Peterborough United in December 2015.
He made
two appearances for Posh before he was loaned out to Nuneaton Borough, for whom
he scored 16 goals in 30 matches.
He had a
brief spell back at Peterborough, before being loaned out again to Nuneaton,
and this time he scored 11 goals in 27 matches.
He signed
for then-League Two side Barnet on a permanent basis in January 2018 and made 8
appearances before being loaned out to another of the Bulls` league rivals,
Brackley Town, in March 2018, and released at the end of the 2017/18 season
when he joined the Quakers. |
