The vastly
experienced Cleveland Taylor re-joins the Daniels, having started the 2018/19
season at the Zeeco Stadium after joining from Coalville Town.
He then re-signed
for NPL Premier Division side Matlock Town for a second spell in September
2018, having previously being with the club towards the end of the 2016/17
campaign before he moved to Coalville.
He began
his career as a winger at Bolton Wanderers before playing for Scunthorpe
United, Carlisle United, Brentford, Burton Albion and St Johnstone.
In
non-League football, the Jamaican born in England, has been with Harrogate
Town, Corby Town and Barwell before his first move to Matlock.
Sam Hill,
who is equally at home in either defence or midfield, also returns to the Zeeco
Stadium after spending the last 18 months with United Counties League Division
One neighbours Harrowby United.
Hill was
part of Stamford's record-breaking squad who reached the First Round of the
Emirates FA Cup in 2016 before injury restricted his involvement the following
season.
He has
previously played for Grantham Town and Lincoln United and can play in midfield
or defence.
Left-sided
defender Ollie Luto also returns to the Daniels for a second spell.
Luto was
also part of the Stamford side that reached the First Round of the FA Cup in
2016 and since leaving the Zeeco Stadium, he has played for Peterborough
Sports, Grantham and Coalville.
Charlie
Ward and Sean Wright join from league rivals Lincoln United.
Ward is a
versatile player who can play in midfield or defence and loves a battle.
He joined
Lincoln in October 2017 from United Counties League Premier Division side
Deeping Rangers and was previously with another UCL Premier side, Sleaford
Town.
Defender
Wright returns to the Daniels after being part of the successful squad which
won promotion to the Premier Division via the Division One South play-offs in
2013.
Wright
has been with Lincoln United for several seasons and skippered the Whites last season
while also taking on a caretaker-manager role after the departure of Sam
Wilkinson.
The final
new face is striker Tom Siddons.
The
striker joins from NPL Premier Division neighbours Grantham and has previously
played for Spalding United, Sleaford and King`s Lynn Town.
Siddons
has a record of goals having scored 12 from 9 starts and 25 sub appearances for
the Linnets as well as 19 in 42 for Sleaford.
