The 22-year-old began his career at Blackpool and several years in the academy eventually led to him breaking into the first team at Bloomfield Road.

After an injury set-back the youngster returned to full fitness and sealed a move to Stoke City in July 2015.

Unfortunately, the Lancashire born player wasn’t able to make the breakthrough into the first team at the Britannia Stadium.

After loan spells at both Kilmarnock and Falkirk, the midfielder joins the Bluebirds on a one-year deal with a further one-year option.
