The 34-year-old netted 13 goals for Poole Town last season, only joining in December on loan from National League side Eastleigh, and helping the Dolphins reach the Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division South play-off final.

He joined Eastleigh in May 2014 after turning down a new deal with Oxford United.

He had signed for Oxford permanently from Shrewsbury Town in July 2009 after a successful loan spell.

He was the club's top scorer for each of his six seasons at the Kassam Stadium and fell just one goal short of Graham Atkinson`s record of 107 when he left.

Originally with Cirencester Town, Chippenham Town, Walsall and Kidderminster Harriers, he has been capped three times by England C.

He joins the Crusaders in a player-coach role.
