The 26-year-old
striker made 29 Championship appearances for Derby County in addition to 20
appearances in the Scottish Premiership for St Mirren.
The 6`3”
targetman`s last club was Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Division One South
East club Stamford AFC, having joined the joined the Daniels from Evo-Stik Southern
Premier side Barwell in January 2018.
After
starting out at Nottingham Forest as a junior, he joined Derby in 2002 and
signed professional terms in 2009 and, as well as those 29 games for the Rams,
also appeared for Coventry City, Torquay United and Notts County on loan.
He moved
to St Mirren in 2014 and returned to England with Corby Town on 2015, teaming
up with Stratford boss Tommy Wright for the first time at Steel Park.
After a
spell with Barwell, Ball re-united with Wright at Nuneaton Town in 2017 and
then returned to Barwell before joining Stamford.
Meanwhile, despite being announced as being a new signing for league rivals Banbury United, much-travelled striker Nabil Shariff is staying with Stratford. |
