Shots Bag Brazilian Winger

Aldershot Town have completed the signing of Brazilian winger Alefe Santos from new Motorama National League rivals Yeovil Town.

Born in Sao Paulo, Santos moved to England at the age of 12 and played for Stoke City as a schoolboy.

He made his break in the Football League at Bristol Rovers at the age of just 17 and made 28 appearances for the Gas before he was signed by Championship club Derby County.

He made just one appearance for the Rams and spent time out on loan at Notts County and the Shots` league rivals Eastleigh before joining Yeovil in 2017.

Santos made a total of 43 appearances for the Glovers and was released at the end of last season following their relegation.

A pacey winger, Santos is described as a direct player who likes to run at players.
