Barry-born Swallow, 29, made 10 appearances last season whilst on loan from the then-National League South Seagulls.

He began his career at Bristol Rovers, learning his trade on numerous loan spells with various non-League clubs around the South West, including Taunton Town, Bridgwater Town, Chippenham Town, Mangotsfield United and Bath City before notching up 40 senior appearances for the Gas.

He departed the Memorial Stadium in 2012 and has since turned out for the likes of York City, Newport County, Bromley, Havant & Waterlooville and Bognor Regis Town, signing for Weston in July 2018.

Swallow made his debut for the Wales semi-professional side for the match against Turkey in October 2012 whilst on Newport`s books.
