Jordan
Chapell is a 27-year-old midfielder who joins Club from NPL Premier Division
side Matlock Town.
He
began his career at Sheffield United, making his first-team debut in 2010 and
spending three years with the Blades which included spells on loan with Burton
Albion and Torquay United.
He
moved to Torquay on a permanent basis in 2013 and in a two-year stay had a
spell on loan at Grimsby Town before moving to Chester.
He
stayed at the Deva Stadium for three years having a spell on loan with
Stalybridge Celtic where he scored 4 times in 9 appearances.
At
Chester he netted 8 times in 78 appearances before being released in March
2018, joining Matlock in the summer of 2018.
Rory
Coleman is a defender or wing-back who arrives from neighbours and league
rivals Stocksbridge Park Steels.
He
brings a good deal of experience to the Coach & Horses, having had spells
at Ilkeston, Boston United and Gainsbrorough Trinity on loan whilst at
Scunthorpe United and three stints with Steels.
The
other arrival is goalkeeper Dylan Parkin.
He
joins from Motorama National League North side Boston United, who he joined in
the summer of 2018 following his release from National League newcomers
Chesterfield.
Parkin
was a regular on the Spireites’ bench in 2017/18, although he did not make a
senior appearance at the Proact Stadium.
He
had a loan spell with Cleethorpes Town last season when on loan from Boston and
had a short spell on loan with Club whilst on Chesterfield`s books in 2017/18.
