The attacking midfielder is a local lad from Ipswich who played an integral part in helping Leiston win the Isthmian North title in the 2011/12 season.

He netted an important winner in a 1-0 victory away to Brentwood Town in March 2012 that put Leiston top and they remained there until the last game.

He also played in the Blues first season of Step 3 football and made 95 appearances in his first spell at Leiston, scoring 21 goals.

After starting out with Ipswich Town and Southend United, the now 30-year-old has had spells with a number of local clubs including Maldon & Tiptree, Harlow Town, Needham Market, AFC Sudbury and Bury Town.
