Goddard joins Fleet having completed a six-month deal with league rivals Aldershot Town.

Goddard excelled at Woking in the 2015/16 National League season where he scored 14 times in 41 appearances.

His impressive performances earned him a move to then-League One side Swindon Town where he stayed until the start of 2018 before signing for League Two side Stevenage.

He was released by Boro in January 2019 when he was snapped up by the Shots on a short-term deal.

He was originally in the Reading academy before joining joined Hayes & Yeading United in 2012 and then onto Woking a year later.
