Sam Owusu, Jed Chouman and Jack Hayes have all arrived at Mayesbrook Park ahead of the new season.

Midfielder Owusu joins the Blues from former Isthmian North rivals Witham Town.

He made 41 appearances for Witham, scoring 6 goals.

Owusu joined Witham from Brentwood Town in the summer of 2018 after impressing against them twice the previous season.

Chouman, also a midfielder, joins Barking after taking a season away from the game due to injury.

He previously spent three years on the books at Hornchurch having arrived from Lebanon where he played for SC Safa.

Defender Hayes joins from another former Isthmian North rival, Coggeshall Town where he helped the Seedgrowers secure a place in the play-offs last term.
