Sinnott
has taken up at coaching position at Southern Division One Central side Didcot Town
alongside manager Jamie Heapy.
Sinnott
re-joins the Railwaymen as first team coach.
He
has a wealth of experience and was at Didcot before for a number of years where
he was part of Heapy and Ian Concannon's managerial team.
Meanwhile,
Heapy has boosted his squad as five players signed forms for the Railwaymen.
First
to sign on were last season's young player of the year Brett Gardner as well as
midfielder Kieran Collins.
Gardner
made a big impact with the first team last season scoring a number of crucial
goals, while Collins has spent the last couple of years with the development
team.
A
capable right back as well as in his favoured central midfield role his
versatility will no doubt be important for Didcot this season.
Next
to sign on the dotted line were defender Joe Green and winger Connor Mattimore.
Centre
back Green made 36 appearances in the league for Uhlsport Hellenic League
Division One East side Abingdon United last season where he has also been
captain, despite his young age.
He
and Mattimore both impressed on Tuesday at Milton United and both will add depth
to Heapy's squad.
Mattimore
was part of the Wantage Town team that won the Hellenic League `double` last
season, making over 50 appearances and scoring 11 goals from a wide position.
Last
to sign on was another returning player in striker Mark Francis.
Francis
had previously been at Didcot when Heapy was joint manager along with Ian
Concannon.
He
joined the club as a young striker from Swindon Town but found his
opportunities limited due to Didcot's wealth of striking riches at the time.
He
then moved onto Wantage where he not only became a prolific goalscorer at
Southern League level, but he often led the line on his own and captained the Freds
during a difficult period.
His
outstanding form caught the eye of the big boys in the division where moves to
Salisbury and Evesham United followed.
Francis
is now back in the area and still only 24 returns to Didcot and already has
made an impression scoring a hat-trick at Milton on Tuesday night.
