27-year-old has put pen-to-paper ahead of the 2019/20 campaign following two
successful trial outings for the Pilgrims.
Tuton
made his name at National League side FC Halifax Town after joining the club in
2015, scoring 11 times in 32 appearance, with his performances at The Shay
earning him comparisons to Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy.
At
the age of 24, Barnsley took him to Oakwell for an undisclosed fee.
He
featured 7 times for the Tykes before going on loan to Grimsby Town, Barrow AFC
and former club Halifax.
Chester
FC swooped to sign him after Barnsley released him at the end of the 2017/18
season on non-contract terms, but Spennymoor Town acted quickly and signed the
forward after he impressed against them on the opening day of the 2018/19
