Called up to the England under-16 squad in the 2014/15 season, Ashby-Hammond is technically very good and has plenty of confidence and self-belief.

A good distributor of the ball, in the 2016/17 season he nailed down his spot as the under-18`s number one, starting 40 of their games.

His performances led to him being called up three times to the under-23 side.

Last season he spent time on loan at BetVictor Isthmian League South Central outfit Chipstead.

The 20-year-old impressed in friendly matches at Bracknell Town and Hampton & Richmond Borough and kept a clean sheet against the Kuwaiti national side last Tuesday.
