Hounslow-born
Mensah began his career with Watford, playing at under-18 and under-23 level.
The
24-year old went on to spend loan spells with Braintree Town and Barnet before
joining Aldershot Town on a permanent deal in 2016.
Whilst at
Braintree, Mensah made 22 appearances whilst making 8 assists and netting 3
goals.
However,
it wasn’t long before he made the move to Bristol Rovers, signing in 2018.
He spent
the first half of last season on loan at Lincoln City in League Two before
returning to Aldershot on loan in January.
During
his time with the Shots, the forward found the net 19 times and made 13 assists
within his total 75 appearances over two spells at the club.
