Keeper Coup for Chipstead
09-01-2019 I News Headlines
Bostik League South Central club Chipstead have taken 19-year-old goalkeeper Taye Ashby-Hammond on loan from Premier League Fulham for the rest of the season.

Called up to the England under-16 squad in the 2014/15 season, Ashby-Hammond is technically very good and has plenty of confidence and self-belief.

A good distributor of the ball, he's also very committed and determined. in the 2016/17 season he nailed down his spot as number one in the under-18s, starting 40 of their games.

His good performances led to him being called up three times to Peter Grant's under-23 side for the PL Cup and is now a regular in that team.

His younger brother Luca is also on Fulham`s academy's books.
