Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division newcomers Dunstable Town have added a couple of new players to their squad relegated from the Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central at the end of last season.

Striker Chris Stapleton joins having scored 15 goals in 27 games for Aston Clinton in the SSML Division Two having joined them from SSML Division One outfit Buckingham Athletic midway through the campaign.

 

The 25-year-old first came to the fore with Aston Clinton before moving to Tring Athletic in 2016, making 61 appearances and scoring 36 goals, and then switching to Buckingham in July 2017.

 

Seb Smith, 25, is a commanding centre-back who joins from SSML Division Two side Berkhamsted Raiders CFC.

 

Originally on the books at Chesham United, he had a spell with London Colney before becoming a team-mate of Stapleton`s at Tring in 2016.
