Putting
pen-to-paper on a one-year deal at Huish Park with a club option for a second, the
24-year-old returns to English football after a five-year stay north of the
border.
Winning
the Scottish Challenge Cup in 2015 with Livingstone, the attacker then enjoyed
cult-hero status at Falkirk during a two-year stint with the Bairns before
helping St Mirren win promotion to the SPL in 2017/18.
Joining
Dunfermline ahead of the 2018/19 campaign, Hippolyte scored 4 goals in his
opening 4 matches prior to going on to make 39 appearances for the Pars last
season.
Impressing
on trial with Yeovil in the last four matches, Hippolyte links up with manager
Darren Sarll for a second time after striking up a good relationship with him
during his time as a scholar at Brentford.
After
leaving the Bees and before heading north, Hippolyte turned out for non-League
sides Southall, Tamworth, Hayes & Yeading United and Burnham. |
