The
29-year-old, also known for his role on the sofa with his two brothers on `Gogglebox`,
was with Bitton at the start of last season before stepping up to the Southern
Premier with Frome Town.
A former
England under-16, 17 and under-18 international, Plummer came through the ranks
at Bristol City and turned professional in 2007.
He went
on loan to Luton Town, Torquay United, Hereford United and Gillingham.
Following
his release from the Robins, he played for Portimonense in Portugal before
returning to England and Hereford United.
He helped
The Bulls – now Hereford FC - win promotion to Southern League Premier Division
during his time at Edgar Street before heading to Weston-super-Mare for his fourth
spell last year, where he scored the injury-time winner in the Somerset Premier
Cup final.
Bitton
have also signed Pummer`s former Frome team-mate Kris Miller.
The
defender spent six seasons in his second spell with Frome.
In between,
he has been with Cinderford Town, Paulton Rovers and Bridgwater Town.
