In come 22-year-old
Albert Serra Parrondo and 21-year-old Sebastia Pons Llado.
Both play
in midfield and have just arrived in England having come through the youth
ranks at Real Mallorca.
Parrondo,
who has also played for AD Son Sardina, has netted twice already, having scored
against Stowmarket Town and a Colchester United XI in Leiston’s last two games,
while Llado, who joins from CE Campos, has also enjoyed quite a bit of game
time for the Blues in pre-season.
Also
joining Leiston is Tom Woerndl and Jerry Kamanzi from league rivals Needham
Market.
Woerndl
is a defender who was brought to England last season by Ipswich Town but was
released in October 2018 and joined the Marketmen.
The
Aussie started out with Loftus Rovers `down under` where he spent 7 years before
moving to Sutherland Sharks in 2011, spending a further 4 years with the Miranda-based
club.
He had
trials with Ipswich Town in 2015 before signing for Sydney Wanderers academy
for the 2016 season, returning again to the Tractor Boys in 2018.
Woerndl
has signed a two-year deal.
Midfielder
Kamanzi’s former clubs include AFC Sudbury, Colchester United, Maldon & Tiptree
and Thurrock
The 21-year-old
was a fans favourite at Bloomfields last season, making 21 appearances and
scoring 2 goals, and has also signed a two-year deal at Victory Road.
