Striker Akanbi
has impressed during his trial spell and has now committed to the Stones for
the upcoming season.
Well-travelled
after starting out at Crystal Palace, the still only 21-year-old joins after
being with Farnborough in the BetVictor Southern League Premier Division South
with Farnborough last season.
He has
also worn the colours of Grays Athletic, Bedford Town, Guildford City,
Whyteleafe, Whitehawk, Kingstonian and Kettering Town.
Experienced
centre-back Johnson puts pen-to-paper also after a successful trial period at
the Gallagher Stadium.
Johnson
impressed the Stones management whilst with Isthmian League South East side
East Grinstead Town last season, who he joined in the summer of 2018.
Originally
with Queens Park Rangers, the 32-year-old had three years with Maidenhead
United followed by 31 games for Welling United in 2008/09.
Spells
with Sittingbourne, Margate and Hythe Town followed before he joined the Wasps. |
