The 25-year-old has put pen-to-paper ahead of the 2019/20 season and is available for Saturday`s league opener against Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Gibbons featured for Welling United last season and he helped the Wings reach the National League South play-off final where they narrowly missed out on promotion, losing 1-0 to Woking at the Laithwaite Community Stadium.

He started his youth career with SkyBet Championship side Queens Park Rangers and spent time out on loan at Scottish side Inverness Caledonian Thistle in 2013, making 2 appearances.

He did not feature for the QPR first team during this time with the Hoops, but he was an unused substitute during a league game against Rochdale in 2011.

Upon his release in 2015, Gibbons signed for now National League side Yeovil Town in League Two, making 4 appearances.

During his career he has featured for the likes of Wingate & Finchley, Kingstonian, Whitehawk and also spent time abroad in the United States with Phoenix Rising, who currently play in the USL Championship.
